I have a 1099R from the Defense Finance and Accounting Service US Military Pay and I have no idea how to enter it.

I have gone to the page that enters 1099Rs but it lists only financial facilities. I am a widow of a VAnrg retiree.

The financial selection is the default selection and used if none of the other options apply. If your 1099-R was from the OPM, choose that option.
