I have a 1099-R from my Pension. I checked the wrong box on line 4. Do I need to correct my Federal Income Tax form to allow me to E-file my Federal & State Returns?

I want to correct my Fed and State returns so I may E-file.

Yes. Just go back to Federal Taxes and edit the 1099-r entry to correct the Line 4 entry.
