I have 2 papers for my 1099-R and in box 7 (distribution code) I have a code 1 on one paper and a code 7 on the other, what do I do?

Were these two separate/different types of distributions?

Assuming that these are different distributions, these suggest that the distribution(s) included on the code-1 Form 1099-R were made before you reached age 59½ and the distribution(s) included on the Code-7 Form 1099-R were made after you reached age 59½.  You'll enter both of these.
