I have 2 different 1099-SA forms for 2025, and both have Code 1 (normal distributions). Why does TurboTax still show the total distribution as income?

Make sure that you complete the HDHP interview section in TurboTax to certify your enrollment in a high deductible health plan otherwise your contribution will be added back into your taxable income and it will be treated as an excess contribution.
