I dont need to fill out 1099 form

If you do not need to fill out a Form 1099, follow the steps below to delete:

Sign into your Online account.

Click the orange button that says "Take me to my return".

Go to My Account.

Then select Tools.

In the Tools Center Pop-up Window select Delete a Form.

In the Review Forms window select Delete next the Form 1099.
