I dont have an IRA but it keeps auto selecting that I do and so I can't complete my taxes. How do I remove the IRA contributions?

You can change your answers in the Retirement & Investments - Deductions & Credits section. When you click on Start or Review there is a screen with boxes. If you do not have an IRA account, make sure there are no checkboxes selected. The next screen asks if you made contributions. Answer NO. You can delete the IRA Contribution Worksheet also.
