I did a snapshot of my 1099R to upload & the amount match accept for when I did the drop down to see how my refund determined. The total amount for 2022 doesn’t match?

You cannot enter a 1099R by taking a snapshot. Delete whatever is in there from that attempt, and key it in by hand.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I received an answer from online tax expert and yes you can take a snapshot of a 1099R. That wasn’t the reason why the income was reflecting a different amount. There was something else listed that made the income change. Thanks again and have a great day.
