I converted some of my TSP money into a Precious metals IRA, I just need to know where in the TurboTax program I am supposed to enter the figure?

Enter the 1099-R for the TSP in Federal > Wages and Income > Retirement.

One of the followup questions asks about rollovers. That's what you did, assuming it is a Traditional IRA.
