Yes, include all your contributions including those made in 2024.

If you entered your 2024 Roth IRA contributions in the "IRA contributions" section on the Deductions page, then don't include them when you are asked to enter your total prior contributions as part of the 1099-R with the withdrawal, Turbotax will pick up that detail automatically.
