I contributed money to my SEP Retirement account. Since it is classified as a traditional IRA, do I add my deductions under traditional IRA in the Turbotax section?

No you enter those as a self-employed retirement plan.
Enter self-employed retirement in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to self-employed retirement

No you enter those as a self-employed retirement plan.
Enter self-employed retirement in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to self-employed retirement
