I cannot uncheck the "My form has info in other boxes" on Form 1099-DIV. It re-checks the box every time I close the form after making entries.

I cannot uncheck the "My form has info in other boxes" on Form 1099-DIV. It re-checks the box every time I close the form after making entries.
