I am filling out my 1099 q form and what I was sent says I am the recipient but it also has on form saying the recipient is not the beneficiary. But I am. What do I do?

If you are both the Recipient and the Beneficiary, uncheck (or leave unchecked) the box on the 1099-Q entry that says 'Recipient is not Beneficiary'.

This is because many times the Recipient is the parent of the student, and the Beneficiary is the student.
