I am being told to put down a phone number on my tax returns but it is only allowing me to put in a US phone number, I do not have on anymore. What can I use?

I was in the US on a J-1 visa and only had a temporary US phone number at the time which I no longer have access to.

Record your US phone number on the return even though you have no more access just so you may move on with your return.
