That is all the information I have on my 1099-R. How can I get Turbo Tax to process the information "as is"?
Well, you could try changing the zip code to 80216 and see if the program will accept that zip code so that you can file the return. The IRS is only looking for a valid EIN and the correct amounts entered on the Form 1099-R.
What is the zip code you are entering for a Denver, Colorado (CO) address?
Denver, CO [removed]. This is a good zip for Denver; however, the 1099-R section of TurboTax is not accepting it.
I see this program will not allow me to send the zip. So it is: eight, zero, two, one, seven...dash...three, seven, six, four

On the US Post Office website -
DENVER CO 80217
This ZIP Code™ used for a specific PO BOX
I think this is the reason it is being rejected due to the zip code only being associated with a PO box and not an actual street address.
