If you have already filed, wait until you receive your refund.
Save a copy of your originally filed return, then open TurboTax to change your Roth IRA year-end balance to see if it changes your refund. If not, you don't need to file an Amended Return.
It may change Form 8606, but you could just save the Amended return to transfer into next year's return with the correct balance.
If you haven't filed yet, you can go back to the IRA Contributions section under Deductions & Credits to change the amount.
Here's more info on Do I Need to Amend?
I haven't filed yet. Where can I amend that number in the "Deductions & Credits" Section? It seems like the only way to get to that number is to say that I had an excess contribution. I didn't have an excess contribution, I just accidentally entered the wrong number. Is there any way to fix it directly
You should see that screen by going to the Traditional and ROTH IRA contributions screen under Retirements and Investments in the Deductions and Credits section of TurboTax. Just go back through your ROTH IRA entries and you should see a screen that says Tell Us The Value of your Roth IRA.
