I bought " TURBOTAX DESKTOP LIVE TAX ADVICE SERVICE TAX YEAR 2024". I am not quite ready to start asking questions, especially by phone. But I do wonder two things for now:
1) How many times can I use it?
and
2) Can I ask questions via online or does it have to be by phone call back?

I want to contact TurboTax to share my feedback, but I haven't been able to find direct customer service.
This is my first year using their tax advice service.
The first advisor I worked with didn't seem familiar with rental property laws and had to pause for several minutes to do some research. Eventually, he disconnected my call, and now I am waiting for another agent to assist me with my tax questions.
My concern is how I can be sure that I am receiving accurate advice to file my taxes correctly. I would also like to be connected to advisors who are knowledgeable about rental property taxes.
This is my second year utilizing Intuit Professional Tax Advice. I had hoped and was told, that I would be able to do it via chat instead of live call but could not figure out how that works.
We at Intuit TurboTax want our users to be completely delighted with their experience using our products and services, and successful in their financial lives and businesses.
Once you file your return, as long as the settings to receive communication from Intuit don’t block it, you will see a pop-up message or receive an email with a survey asking you about your experience. We encourage you to leave your notes and comments there. “Voice of the Customer” notes and comments are read and acted upon.
