How to enter short term disability and received payments from my employers STD plan as well as medical leavebenefits from the railroad retirement board. do I claim both?

I paid taxes on the Met Life short term plan benefits I received but I dont recall if taxes were taken out for Railroad Retirement Board medical leave of absence benefits. Will I get a separate W2 for these benefits I received and if so, do I enter them in as if they are an employer?

If the payments are taxable you should get a tax reporting form sometime this month to enter on the tax return.  Ask the payers if and when a tax reporting form will be issued and what kind of for it may be.
