My MD return does not seem to recognize my military retirement income as the basis for the $15000 Subtraction From Income.

How to ensure Maryland return recognizes my Military Retirement Income for the $15000 Subtraction From Income
When entering the Form 1099-R, on the page where TurboTax asks, "Where Is This Distribution From?" you must select the option that indicates that it is from active military retirement. TurboTax will then include the amount (subject to a maximum of $15,000) on Form 502SU with code U.
