You can go back to the 1099-R and review to see if everything is entered correctly. See the link below for steps on how to get back to your form.
If you still have problems after looking at the form, you need to clear your cache. This is to remove these temporary files. A full or corrupted cache can cause problems in TurboTax. You can try these steps if you are using the online version:
- Clearing your Cache and Cookies
- Using a different browser
- Opening an Incognito Window
