How do I know what type of payment was reported on my 1099-G

What box is the amount in?  Box 1 is Unemployment.  Box 2 is a state refund.

Don't you know what it's for?  Is it Unemployment or last year's state refund?  If it’s asking why you got a 1099G you are in the wrong place.  Delete out of this one.  Unemployment and state refunds go in other spots.
