How do I find my tax bracket? (Needing to pull money from my retirement)

I need to pull money from my retirement account to pay down debt.  

My financial planner needs to know my tax bracket to determine if I should adjust my withholding and maybe "break even" as he puts it. 

How do I calculate this based on what I have to pull out?
