How do I enter my SEP contributions? When I go to the Self-Employed Retirement Plans screen, it just asks me some questions but never allows me to enter my contribution.

Try this route:  in your Federal return, type "sep ira contributions" in the Search box. Then click on the "Jump to" link at the top of the results. 

Continue the interview until you reach the screen [Name's] Contributions - you can enter your contributions here.  You can also check the "Maximize" box to have TurboTax calculate your maximum contribution for you.

Thanks but it does not take me to Contributions. When I click that link, the only pages I get shown are: 2017 Net Operating Loss, Any Other Property Sales? and Less Common Income. Maybe I did something in my return that is preventing that screen from appearing but I don't know what it could be.

You can't contribute to a SEP without self-employment income and it looks like you're in Premier, so no Self-employment has been reported.  You can contribute to the IRA part, but it goes in as an IRA contribution, not SEP.

That's it! Thank you so much. So I guess my next question is I didn't realize that and made a contribution to my SEP w/o any income from my business (I got the funds from elsewhere). So can I get in trouble somehow?

Yes.  If you make a contribution and you should not have, you may be subject to large fines.  Discuss what you need to do with your custodian.
