To enter a Form 1099-Q (for Coverdell ESA and 529 plan distributions) in TurboTax Online, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Deductions & Credits section.
2. Find the area for education expenses.
3. Select the option for ESA and 529 Distributions (Form 1099-Q).
4. Follow the prompts to enter the information exactly as shown on your Form 1099-Q.

This form must be entered by the person whose Social Security Number is on the form.
