How do I download 1099-R from fidelity

From a brokerage account, or from NetBenefits ?

NetBenefits 1099-R forms have never been provided in an importable tax format in past years.....manual entry only.

Fidelity had indicated that the special tax format files will not be ready until 25 Jan -31 Jan or later. Even though PDF files may be ready earlier, they are not the specially formatted tax files required for any tax software.

There are 2 different account numbers. The one downloaded to turbo tax from Fidelity and the one I got directly from the fidelity site are different What do I do?
