How do i double click to link to either schedule C or F? In a 1099-NEX, it says only one can be selected but I am unsure of how to change it, or what to do.

Scroll down to 'Business Items' in the 'Wages and Income' section and click 'Start' next to 'Business Income and Expenses (Sch C)'.  You don't need a schedule F because you don't have a farm so this will walk you through being able to put in any expenses that you had in order to earn the money on the 1099-NEC.

I had already entered the 1099-NEC, but my last detail to review before I submit my return is still asking me to "remove the link that is not applicable" in the 1099-NEC form. There is not text in the Schedule F, only in the C. It is saying to "double click to link to" with the two boxes for Schedule F or C, but I can't double click on anything in the section.

You're going to have to go back to the 1099-NEC that you have entered on the federal return and link it to the schedule C from there.  Then you need to go to the schedule C and complete it as I've detailed above.
