How do I calculate the non MA portion of the amount I paid to Social Security, Medicare and retirement? I'm a non MA resident that worked there briefly in 2017

You need to apportion the SS and Medicare taxes paid (they are eligible for a deduction in MA), based on where wages subject to SS and Medicare tax were earned.

Divide your non-MA earned income by your total earned income. Multiply by total SS and Medicare tax paid to get the non-MA portion of SS and Medicare taxes.
