How do I answer 1099-R page?

I have a 401k but have not taken any money out of it in 2016. Based on the instructions on the 1099-R filing page, I'm unsure as to whether I should check 'yes' or 'no' when answering if I've had any of these types of income this year.

If you have not taken any distributions from any type of tax deferred account and have not received a 1099-R from any financial institution, it is likely you do not enter anything in the 1099-R section. Your answer would be no.
