How do I add HSA distributions not reported on 1099?

I have made post-tax HSA contributions and distributions after the 1099-SA was generated. How do I report those contributions in TurboTax?

Did you make these contributions for the year 2020 or 2021?

If for 2020, then go to the HSA interview, navigate to the screen labeled "Let's enter [name]'s HSA contributions" and enter these contributions on the second line where it talks about personal contributions. This amount should appear on line 12 of Schedule 1 (1040).

You don't report any 2021 distributions on your 2020 return.
