How can I reach out to the TurboTax programmers to let them know that their IRA workflow is absolutely crap - and has been for many years?

The IRA worksheets are garbage.  There is no logic to the workflow (questions).  It takes HOURS to figure out how to make a non-deductible IRA contribution and then a ROTH conversion.   Turbotax needs to fix this.

the procedure depends on whether you do the conversion in the same year or the next year.

If the same year, you have to inform TurboTax of your new basis due to non-deductible contribution.
