How can I ensure that backdoor ROTH IRA is accounted correctly? I an getting the message that says "Your Income Is Too High to Contribute"?

When you get the message that says "Your Income Is Too High to Contribute" it means you traditional IRA contribution is nondeductible. This is the goal when performing a backdoor Roth.
