The Turbo Tax representative said I would have to enter the new data from the corrected 1099 form by hand. Does this mean all TD Ameritrade corrected 1099 consolidated forms are not accessible by Turbo Tax?

Looks like the answer is : YES.
OR
the importation DB will be updated later, or it may never be updated.
You can talk to TD customer assistance about it, if this bothers you.
The issue is resolved. Turbo Tax accessed the data from the TD Ameritrade (TDA) corrected 1099 consolidated form. There must be a time delay from when the corrected form is issued and when it is available using Turbo Tax. I appreciate all the replies on this matter.
