Please review this NH link, for more information.  This is for individuals who are residents or inhabitants of New Hampshire for any part of the tax year must file if they received more than $2,400 of gross interest and/or dividend income for a single individual or $4,800 of such income for a married couple filing a joint New Hampshire return.

New Hampshire uses Form DP-10 for full or part-year residents. The DP-10 only has to be filed if the taxpayer received more than $2400 (single) or $4800 (joint) of interest and/or dividends. So if you are not required to file this form you can just delete the NH return in the STATE tab. If you do fall within this category, check your state return to see if you have a DP-10 form listed in your return.

This answer is false and misleading.  If you have non-taxable interest, NH will require you to file a DP-10, even though you may owe no taxes (e.g., interest from NH munis).  I am presently unwinding a five year mess where NH is requiring me to file back returns proving I owe no taxes.  TurboTax MUST allow NH residents to print the form even if no tax is owed.  NH requires that these be mailed.  Going back five years to try to remedy this is a major pain.  Please fix the software.

Hi again,

As I think more about this...I have been a NH resident for 5 months during 2019.

For the year 2019, my dividends/interest total $4k, so I received more than 1/2 of these dividends while living in RI.  Do I still need to file the DP-10?    Thanks

Yes, you should file a DP-10, because part year residents filing requirement is based on the full year. Only the portion earned while a resident is taxable, so you should not have any tax due, but it is best to file the form.
