HAVE A 1099-R FROM A CANADIAN COMPANY. NO ZIP CODE PROVIDED. HELP!

There is a page to put their address in. On that page is a drop down box that will allow you to change the country from U.S. to Canada. When that is done you will be able to put in the postal code for the Canadian Company.
