Forms 8996 and 8997 QOZ Support

Is there an update on when Turbo Tax will support Forms 8996 and 8997, Qualified Opportunity Zone filing?  It has been out there for several years and it is a real inconvenience to have to file by mail if it is not supported.

TurboTax has not given any indication that it will ever support investing in Qualified Opportunity Zones, or Forms 8996 and 8997.

There is other tax software that supports those forms.

The option to defer capital gain by investing in a Qualified Opportunity Zone will end at the end of 2025.
