I filled a form 8606 for 4 different years, however, the form just shows what was contributed for that year and did not include the prior year/years total basis. Can I add the total for the 4 years to this years 8606 form?

To clarify, did you leave the fund in the traditional IRA or did you convert them to Roth IRA each year (backdoor Roth)?
If you converted the funds each year to Roth then you most likely wouldn't have a carry over from line 14 of the previously filed Form 8606 to line 2 to the next Form 8606.
If you kept the funds in the traditional IRA then you will need correct your prior year Forms 8606. Please see 2023 Form 8606, Nondeductible IRAs, 2022 Form 8606, Nondeductible IRAs, 2021 Instructions for Form 8606, Nondeductible IRAs, 2020 Form 8606 (PDF): Nondeductible IRAs. Please also see Form 8606 instructions.
