Yes, net contributions for the Roth IRA are contributions minus withdrawals. Net conversions are conversions minus withdrawals. You will first allocate any withdrawal to your regular contributions, then conversions and the rest will be allocated to the gains (earnings). The withdrawal of earnings will be taxable if it wasn't a Qualifying Distribution.
