Fidelity Tax Docs 1099 are available 1/27 - Why cannot they be imported until 1/30?

Paper 1099's do not mean that the electronic tax imports are available.

Give it a few days...don't be the first to test any import bugs that might happen.

My desktop software indicated 31 Jan, but my Fidelity account says 18 FEB !
