Fee for Turbo Tax Premier

I started my 2022 Return using a link from my Fidelity Financial account.  The link offered TurboTax Premier for FREE.

But, as I am finishing up my 2022 on turbo tax.. I see that Turbo Tax is asking for payment.

From the Fidelity website they only offer a discount for using TurboTax. it is not free.

Last year when I went to my Fidelity account page I found an offer for something like $20 off Turbo Tax.   This year I went back hoping to find the same offer.  To my surprise... The offer I found this year was this:

Are you sure you're on the OFFICIAL Fidelity website and not a Phishing site?  What is the address you 

see at top of the page that you see the offer on?  It should look like this:

https://www.fidelity.com/accounts-trade/turbotax-discount

Clearing out the cookies on my browser .. then logging in to the fidelity site.. then clicking on the turbo tax offer..... that was the trick to get this offer to go through.
