I have three Traditional IRA accounts but take the TOTAL RMD out of only one. There is no distribution from the other two. But TT only asks for the RMD for the ONE account. Do I have to fake the number for that account and enter the total for all three where it asks for one. Am I missing something?

No. You should not fake numbers. TurboTax treats each Form 1099-R separately. If there were no distributions from two of your accounts, there would be no RMD questions for those.
However, since you take your total RMD from the one account, you can indicate your total RMD was satisfied from this distribution by doing the following:
This does not work.
In 1. I do not get the word "Review", I get the word "Update"
However, after clicking on Update, I can do steps 2,3,4,5,6. However, I do not get Review and more info about my RMD question mentioned in Step 7. Note that part of my RMD goes to charity as a QCD. I get no option for entering RMDs from other accounts - I only get the question for the RMD required for the one account where I took the total distribution. Does the QCD entry works but then it just goes to the screen that says I get a tax break not does not allow any more entries.
Note also, that the answer to the question about did this Entire Distribution go towards the RMD is not right. The distribution from this account covered more than the ENTIRE RMD from all accounts but the distribution was larger than the TOTAL RMD from all accounts. Some of the distribution was excess cash, some went to a rollover to a ROTH. Of course, some went to a QCD but that counts toward the RMD.
I do not get an option to enter RMDs for accounts where I had no distribution.
