There is no TIN on a Social Security form. If you are looking for one you are trying to enter your SSA1099 in the wrong place.
Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.
The form SSA-1099-SM is entered the same way as entering any social security income. As noted by @xmasbaby0, the TIN is not needed.
If your income is below $25,000 for a single filer ($32,000 for married filing jointly) when you add half of your social security benefits to your other income then it's quite likely none of it will be taxed. Regardless you still need to enter that income to be sure. A step by step procedure is included in the link below.
