Does rollover all of the amount (1099-R Box 1) to another retirement account means direct rollover from Roth 401k to Roth IRA(my case)?

For Roth IRA distribution (only contribution), does rollover all of the amount (1099-R Box 1) to another retirement account means direct rollover from Roth 401k to Roth IRA(my case)? The only answer is see is "Yes, I rolled over $ to another Roth IRA...". It seems to say Roth IRA to another Roth IRA.

OK, TurboTax is asking nothing about your rollover from the Roth 401(k).  It's asking what you did with the $10,000 that you withdrew from the Roth IRA.  It appears from your description as a "withdrawal" that no part of the $10,000 was deposited back into a Roth IRA, so nothing was rolled over.

TurboTax will ask also you to enter or confirm the amount you your Roth IRA contributions.  This total should include the amount of contribution basis that was rolled over from the Roth 401(k).  If the distribution from the Roth 401(k) would have been entirely nontaxable (a qualified distribution) if it was not rolled over to the Roth IRA, the entire amount rolled over added to your Roth IRA contribution basis, otherwise only your contributions to the Roth 401(k) became Roth IRA contribution basis.  Box 5 of the code H Form 1099-R that reported your direct rollover from the Roth 401(k) to the Roth IRA should show the amount of contribution basis that rolled over to the Roth IRA.  If you did that direct rollover in 2022, it seems that you might not yet have received the code-H Form 1099-R.

Something seems wrong with the way this is being reported.  The payer is to use code H in box 7 of the Form 1099-R for a direct rollover from a Roth 401(k) to a Roth IRA and, for code H, TurboTax does not ask the question that you are asking about.

Your question also seems to state variously that the distribution was from a Roth 401(k) and from a Roth IRA.  It can't be both.  A 401(k) is not an IRA.

What is the code in box 7 of the Form 1099-R provided by the payer?

Is the IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box marked?

Is there a nonzero amount in box 2a?

My 1099-R has code J in box 7.

IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box not marked.

box2a is blank.

I'm including a screen attachment:

Last year after leaving my last employer i rolled over from Roth 401k to Roth IRA and withdraw $10,000. It's roth contribution and not earnings. My question is if the choice i selected make sense, cause it's worded as if i rollover from IRA to another IRA. Shouldn't it be any retirement account? If I choose "I did something else" then i'll pay taxes on the distribution. Hope that's clear.
