You may wish to contact your employer for more information on how benefits are surcharged. Meanwhile you do not add the totals but you will need to enter the information that is on each W2. You do not need to do anything additional.

Insurance and Benefits Surcharges will frequently show up in BOX 14 of your W-2. BOX 14 has no effect on your tax return. It is simply an information section. So yes you can leave it blank.
