Many things have been corrected in the latest updates to TurboTax. Are you still experiencing this problem?
Make sure you have ran all updates.

After two weeks of speaking to everybody I could think of, including the Detroit Free Press, H&R Block fixed this problem (with their software) today. I just finished doing my State return and it was correct. Hopefully Turbo Tax will have theirs fixed as well.
