Do I need to upload my 1099R

You can manually enter form 1099-R:

Log in to your account
Go to Federal Taxes.
Go to Wages and Income.
Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security and click show more.
Click Revisit next to IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R).
