Your Roth TSP contributions are reported on your form W-2 in box 12 with code AA. you only need to enter your form W-2 in TurboTax. You do not enter these Roth TSP contributions anywhere else on your tax return.
Roth IRA contributions are entered in TurboTax, and if your MAGI is too high to allow the contributions, TurboTax will let you know that there is an excess contribution.
And to be clear, the Roth TSP is not a Roth IRA. The TSP is not an IRA.
