Do I enter all contributions made to CollegeInvest529 (including gifts by other relatives) or just the amount I personally put into the account for tax reporting?

My wife's parents contributed a portion of the total contributions made to my daughters CollegeInvest 529 through a "share link".  I want to know if I enter all contributions shown for 2017 or just those made by me.

If your state allows a deduction for your CollegeInvest529 contribution, enter the amount that you personally added to the account.

Gifts/relative contributions would be deductible on their state tax return if their state allows for a deduction.
