Yes, you can choose not to import 1099 info and manual enter your 1099 on all versions.

I am using TurboTax Premier and I need to know what steps are used to manually enter bank account interest.

My Chase bank will not allow me to import that information, so I need to enter it manually.

In the interest entry section simply skip the import ... click on the manual entry option ...
