Colorado pension exclusion

On our joint return my huband has $63459 on line 5 of the pension exclusion worksheet and I have $6868 however on line 6 it has $10601 exclusion for my husband and 0 for me. Shouldn't it be $24,000 for my husband and $6868 for me. We are both over 65.
