On my 1099-r form, box 7 has B1 in there, but i don't have an option to select B1. Is this the same as B?

Its two codes, on two lines...a "B" and a "1".

Code B means a distribution to you from a Designated Roth Account in a qualified retirement plan. Code 1 means that that distribution was made before you reached age 59½.
