My taxes were denied and advised to file by mail. I was still charged. Why was I still charged even though I was not able to e-file?

Did you use the Online version? The fees are to prepare the return whether you efile or print and mail. Efiling is free and included.

Why did it reject? We could have helped you fix it. Have you mailed it yet?
